万が一共同倉庫や転送サービスに付与された住所等を配送先指定にされた場合、お荷物の紛失や故障など一切の保証は致しませんのでご了承ください。そのような場合は転送サービス会社様にご連絡ください。誤配の場合は通常回収など当ショップが手配し早急に対応させていただいておりますが、誤配された商品が当ショップにご返送いただくまで対応は出来ませんのでご了承ください。

對於使用海外轉賬服務和共用倉庫的購買者，我們不接受海外轉帳或共用倉庫。請指定您的個人發貨位址。請瞭解，有許多惡意轉銷商。如果您已註冊多次購買的送貨地址，我們不接受購買。如果您有一個郵政信箱或共用倉庫作為您的運輸目的地，我們無法控制我們的銷售管道。因此，請指定您的個人送貨位址。使用本店時，送貨位址不能提供海外轉運服務基地的位址或聯合倉庫位址。 如果指定了此類位址，訂單將被取消。請注意，如果指定給共享倉庫或轉運服務的地址作為送貨目的地，我們不保證您的行李會丟失或出現故障。萬一送錯了，我們的商店會安排正常的收貨等工作，因此我們將盡快做出回應。 但是，只有在誤送的物品退回我們的商店時（使用共享倉庫時），我們才能做出回應。
For purchasers using overseas transfer services and shared warehouses・・・We do not accept overseas transfers or shared warehouses. Please specify your personal shipping address. Please understand that there are many malicious resellers. We do not accept purchases if you have registered a delivery address that you have purchased multiple times. If you have a PO Box or shared warehouse as your shipping destination, we have no control over our sales channels. Therefore, please specify your personal delivery address.Please note that we do not guarantee lost or broken packages if the address assigned to the shared warehouse or pick-up service is used as the shipping address.In case of misdelivery, our shop will arrange for normal collection etc. and will respond as soon as possible. But, we will not be able to respond until the misdelivered items are returned to our shop (when using a shared warehouse).
