- ご購入者様のご都合によるサイズ交換は承っておりません。
- Tシャツは、プリント手法の性質上にじみ、かすれ等がある場合がございますが、不良品ではございませんのでご了承下さい。
- 到着後の取り出す際に起こったしわや筋跡や折れは返品や故障品の対象になりません。
- すべて厳重に検品後、発送しています。梱包時にしわや折れなど故障が発生したものは一切発送しておりません。
- ポスターは、一枚一枚ポスターケース（紙箱）とOPP袋にはいっております。
- 取り出す際はスムーズに取り出せるよう、充分にポスターケースの蓋を完全に折り曲げて開いてから、ゆっくりと引き出してください。
- ポスターケースの蓋が少しでも折れた状態で、ポスター自体を取り出そうとすると、ポスターをスライドする際、折れた蓋と接触するため本体を開封すると筋（折れ）がつきます。その場合当ショップでは返品や交換を承っておりませんので慎重に取り出してください。
- 商品が到着する際、あきらかに梱包箱が折れていたりつぶれていたり損傷が見受けられる場合は、受け取り拒否してください。当ショップに自動で返送されます。梱包箱が損傷された商品を受け取った場合（ポストに入っていた、など）は、お手数おかけいたしますが未開封のまま保管していただきこちらよりご連絡ください。至急交換または返品の手配をさせていただきます。おそれいりますがご協力のほどお願いいたします。配送故障による交換や返品希望の場合の返金は対応しておりますが配送業者による状況確認がございますのでご協力いただきますようお願いいたします。
- 梱包箱の故障が見受けられても開封された場合、返品交換は一切対応しておりません。
