About shipping to the United States

Due to delays in import customs clearance and inspections on the U.S. side, there are significant delays in the delivery of your shipment.

* All imported goods are subject to customs duties and consumption tax, regardless of the import value of the goods.
* We cannot provide prior information regarding the tax rates and amounts of customs duties and other charges, as these will be calculated during import customs clearance and inspection upon arrival at the destination.
* Import customs clearance and delivery after arrival in the United States may take longer than usual.
* Customs duties and other charges incurred in the United States are the responsibility of the consignee.

On July 30, 2025, the U.S. government issued a presidential proclamation regarding mail addressed to the United States entitled "Ending De Minimis Treatment for All Countries." Under this proclamation, mail containing goods imported for consumption purposes (taxable mail) will no longer be exempt from duty and will be subject to customs duties starting August 29 of this year.
On August 15th of this year, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the "New Guidelines for the Elimination of De Minimis Transactions," which require carriers and other entities to bear the responsibility for paying customs bonds to CBP, preparing customs declaration forms, etc. However, the procedures that carriers and corresponding postal services in each country must follow are unclear, making implementation extremely difficult.
Therefore, starting Wednesday, August 27th, we will be temporarily suspending the acceptance of packages containing the following items to the United States.

Shipping is possible through BUYEE. Due to changes in US tariffs and regulations, we have temporarily suspended shipping to the US.

We therefore ask that you use BUYEE (Proxy purchasing services) instead. If you use BUYEE, we can ship to the US.
