商品到着後10日以内にメールか電話にてご連絡ください。未開封・未使用品および当ショップでご購入された商品に限らせていただきます。期限超過、使用済み、開封済み、またはお客様ご都合による場合は返品をお受け出来ません。ご連絡なく返品された場合はご連絡があるまで返金処理致しません。本体以外の化粧箱や個装袋などの破損や劣化の場合も返品は受け付けておりません。大型配送の場合、お客様のご都合(搬入不可含む)によるキャンセルや商品変更は一切お受け致しかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。在庫保管期間が過ぎたご注文の変更やキャンセルの場合、返金処理にともなう決済手数料はお客様ご負担となります。
